William "Bill" Niels, also known as Bill The Kid, Bill Waves or simply Bill, is an American rapper from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Pittsburgh-based hip hop collective Most Dope, led by Mac Miller. Niels is also the founder and former creative director of Daily Bread, a clothing line based in Pittsburgh.
Career
Bill's only release to date was a 10 track mixtape titled "Vagrant" featuring Mac Miller, Ab-Soul, and Pittsburgh artists Vinny Radio, Primavera Vills, and Reemo. Bill announced a new project 2 years ago but was incarcerated for four months a couple months later. He was released on parole which he violated, and has been in and out of institutions for the past year as a result. He returned home in late July 2016 and has been leaking songs from what seems to be the start of his newest project.
