Utpal Borpujari

Utpal Borpujari is a National Film Award winning film critic and filmmaker. Borpujari won national award for his debut feature film 'Ishu' which was announced on April 13, 2017 in New Delhi. [1]He holds an M.Tech degree in Applied Geology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Roorkee). His films have been invited to a variety of international film festivals.[2][3][4] He has won the Swarna Kamal for Best Film Critic at the 50th National Film Awards of India in 2003.
