Umblachery is an indigenous breed of cattle in India.[1] It is native to the coastal plains of Nagapattinam and Tiruvarur districts in the state of Tamil Nadu in South India. It is draft purposes breed mainly used for agricultural work.[2] [3][4]It is related to the kangayam (cattle) of the same state.[5]
