Uğur Arslan Kuru (born February 16, 1989 in Düzce, Turkey) is a Turkish football player who plays for Giresunspor.

He begin football in 2001 at Düzce G.Birliği. In 2002, he goes to Düzce Belediye Spor.

He has been the defender for youth team of Fenerbahçe S.K. from 2003 to 2007. Before 2003, he was playing for Düzce Belediye Spor. In 2003, he came to Fenerbahçe PAF Team with an amateur contract and in 2008 to Fenerbahçe with a professional contract.

He currently plays for Fenerbahçe S.K.[1] and Turkey U19 National Football Team.

He played 35 times for National youth teams as U19, U18, U17 and U16.
