Tylomelania insulaesacrae is a species of freshwater snail with an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Pachychilidae.

Distribution

This species occurs in Malili lakes, Sulawesi, Indonesia.[2] It occur in the single lake and the type locality is the lake Towuti.[2]

Description

The width of the shell is 8 mm.[2] The height of the shell is 16 mm.[2] The width of the aperture is 4 mm.[2] The height of the aperture is 7.5 mm.[2]
