History

It was founded on July 12, 2017 after the defunction of Chiapas F.C. and Jiquipilas Valle Verde F.C. moved from Jiquipilas to Tuxtla Gutiérrez changing its name to Tuxtla F.C. and it started competing on the 2017/18 season.
