"True Devotion" is a pop ballad, song performed by British singer Samantha Fox and written by Lol Mason and Mark Shreeve. It was produced by Steve Lovell and Steve Power. The song was released as the fourth single from Samantha’s second album, Samantha Fox, at the end of 1987.

The single B-side was "Even in the Darkest Hours" (originally recorded by Belfast punks Ruefrex) previously unreleased song, and "Fox Hunt Mix", which is a remix of her previous hits: "I Surrender (To the Spirit of the Night)" and "Touch Me (I Want Your Body)". On the CD single also "Nothing's Gonna Stop Me Now" was released as the B-side. It was her first single to be released on CD format.

The song failed to match the success of its predecessors in Europe and performed moderately on the charts. The single peaked at number 62 in United Kingdom and number 32 in Germany.
