Trinity Christian Academy (Lexington, Kentucky)

Trinity Christian Academy is a private classical Christian school in Lexington, Kentucky. It is a school that teaches by the classical education method or trivium and is a member of the Association of Classical and Christian Schools. Trinity Christian Academy was founded in 1988. Besides classical education, it offers an excellent arts program, competitive athletics, and small class sizes.

In the 2016-17 school year, there were 384 students in grades Pre-K through 12. It is operated by Tates Creek Presbyterian Church.

The Lower School (pre-K to 6th grade) is located at Tates Creek Presbyterian Church (37°57′51″N 84°28′54″W / 37.9642°N 84.4818°W / 37.9642; -84.4818). The principal of the Lower School is Vicki White. The Lower School offers extracurricular activities such as drama, chorus, and athletics.

The Middle School (7th to 8th grade) is located at Anchor Baptist Church (37°58′47″N 84°32′40″W / 37.9798°N 84.5445°W / 37.9798; -84.5445). The Middle school offers extracurricular activities such as drama, specialized musical groups, archery, soccer, basketball, cross-country, baseball, softball, and golf. The boys and girls in 8th grade often play on the junior varsity athletic teams.

The High School (9th to 12th grade) is also located at Anchor Baptist Church. The High School offers extracurricular activities including archery, soccer, baseball, softball, golf, volleyball, cheerleading, cross-country, and basketball. The principal of the Upper School (both the Middle and High Schools together) is Anita Haddock.

As of 2016, there have been 306 graduates of the high school.
