The Tower Financial Center (also known as TowerBank) is a 57-story office skyscraper of 203 metres (666 ft) of pure building[1] and 255 metres (837 ft) overall height located on Calle 50 in the heart of Panama City. It is adjacent to the Panama Marriott Hotel, which it is directly connected to via an enclosed gallery.

The building follows a modern trend with advanced technology, hosting national and international companies. It is one of the most outstanding buildings in the city, due to its impressive height and unique coated black wall facade. It features a three-level basement parking garage and up to nine further levels of deck parking, 25 stories of 1,095 square metres (11,790 sq ft), 8 stories ranging from 1,062 square metres (11,430 sq ft) to 798 square metres (8,590 sq ft), and 7 stories of 789 square metres (8,490 sq ft) floor space.
