Touro College South

Touro College South was a small private college located at 1703 Washington Avenue in the South Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach, Florida. Touro College South was a division of Touro College. According to is accreditor's site, Touro College South closed effective 8.28.15.

Touro College South opened its doors in 2006. The college closed in 2015 due to lack of competence and commitment of its executive leadership. All employees of Touro South were let go except for the architects of its sudden demise who still enjoy top positions in Touro University System.

Academic programs

The college offered an undergraduate program that awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration with concentrations in management, finance, marketing, and accounting.[1] Additionally, a Bachelor of Arts in psychology is offered,[2] and/or a Bachelor of Arts in Judaic studies.[3][4] Rabbi Alan G. Ciner is the CEO and Dr. Henry Abramson is the Academic Dean.[5]
