Tornabenea is a genus of plants in the Plantaginaceae.[1] The species are primarily founded in the Cape Verde Islands and are listed as endemic plants by the IUCN.
The genus was described by Filippo Parlatore which was published in Hooker's Journal of Botany and Kew Garden Miscellany 2: 370 (1850).[2]
