Controversy

On May 31, 2018, it was reported that Kyeongha was found guilty for sexual assault.[3] The victim stated that Kyeongha told her that she aroused his sexual desire while walking on the street, and when she ran away from him, he chased her into a building and sexually assaulted her.[4] He received a prison sentence of 18 months in prison, with a probation period of 3 years, along with 40 hours of treatment program for sexual offenders.[5] Kyeongha and his agency, JSL Company, denied the allegations and filed for an appeal on May 29.[6]

After news broke out, M Countdown decided to cancel Top Secret's appearance on the show.[7]

On June 11, it was announced that Kyeongha left the group.[8]
