Tom Shea is an American football coach. He is the head football coach at Upper Iowa University, a position he had held since 2009. Shea was formerly the head coach at Dakota State University, Peru State College, the University of Mary and William Penn University. His Peru State Bobcats won the NAIA Football Division II National Championship in 1990.[1]
