Tomáš Fajčík (born 21 May 1995) is a Slovak footballer who currently plays for 2. liga club FK Pohronie as a midfielder, on loan from FK Dukla Banská Bystrica.[1]

Fajčík made his professional Fortuna Liga's debut for FK Dukla Banská Bystrica on 16 May 2015 against ŠK Slovan Bratislava.[2]
