Tim Declercq (born 21 March 1989 in Leuven) is a Belgian cyclist riding for Quick-Step Floors.[1] He was named in the startlist for the 2017 Vuelta a España.[2] In July 2018, he was named in the start list for the 2018 Tour de France.[3]
