Tihao Chiang

Tihao Chiang from the Ambarella Taiwan Ltd., Hsinchu, Taiwan was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014[1] for contributions to the theory and applications of video coding algorithms.
