Thuluva Vellalar or Tuluva Vellala is a caste from the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
The Thondaimandala Thuluva Vellalar are classified as a Forward caste, meaning that they obtain no redress under India's system of positive discrimination. They were formerly significant landowners.[1]
