Thomas McHugh (politician)

Thomas McHugh was a Wisconsin politician who served as that state's first secretary of state from June 7, 1848 until January 7, 1850. He served under governor Nelson Dewey.

McHugh resided in Delavan, Wisconsin at the time of his election.
