Thomas Joseph Costello (born February 23, 1929) is an American Roman Catholic bishop.
Born in Camden, New York, Costello was ordained to the priesthood on June 5, 1954 for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse. On January 2, 1978, Costello was appointed titular bishop of 'Precides' and auxiliary bishop of the Syracuse Diocese and was ordained bishop on March 13, 1978. He retired on March 23, 2004.[1]
