Thomas "Tom" Fletcher (birth registered July→September 1874[1] — 28 August 1950 (aged 75)[2]) was an English rugby union footballer of the 1890s. He played at representative level for England, and at club level for Seaton,[3] as a Centre, i.e. number 12 or 13. Prior to the 1898–99 season, Seaton was a rugby union club.

Tom Fletcher won a cap for England while at Seaton in 1897 against Wales.[4]
