Tholi Muddhu is a 1993 Indian Telugu film starring Divya Bharti and Prashanth in the leading roles. Due to Divya Bharti's sudden death on 5 April 1993, the film was completed by popular Telugu actress Rambha in Divya's role which affected the total continuity of the film.

The film is a remake of the 1990 Bollywood hit film Dil by Indra Kumar. The music for the Tamil remake was composed by Ilaiyaraaja. Initially, Ilaiyaraaja was asked to redo all the songs from Hindi, which he refused and gave fresh tunes.[1] This film was dubbed to Tamil as "Ila Nenje Vaa"
