This Changes Everything is an American documentary film, directed by Tom Donahue and released in 2018.[1] An examination of sexism in the Hollywood film industry, the film interviews a variety of actresses and women filmmakers on their experiences in the industry.[2]

The film premiered at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival,[1] where it was named first runner-up for the People's Choice Award: Documentaries.[3]
