Theridion luteitarse is a species of spiders of the family Tetragnathidae that lives in Cape Verde, where it is endemic.[1] The species were named by Günter E. W. Schmidt and Rolf Harald Krause in 1995, the same year when Allocosa caboverdensis and Coleosoma africanum were described. Its etymology is after the nation or archipelago where it is founded.
