Theclinesthes albocincta, the bitterbush blue[2] or bitter-bush blue,[1] is a species of butterfly native to most of Australia.[2]

The wingspan is about 20 mm. Adults are bluish grey with chequered margins. The hindwings have a small tail. Males have a black spot on the upperside of the hindwings, next to the tail.[3]

The larvae feed on Adriana hookeri and Adriana klotzschii.
