The Skills Challenge is a men's and women's professional tennis exhibition event, played on outdoor hard courts. Due to be annually beginning March 19 & 20, 2017 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, FL, United States of America the first edition has been delayed until 2018.

History

The Skills Challenge is a tennis exhibition event that was designed by GF Sports and the creators of the BNP Paribas Showdown at Madison Square Garden that will determine the most skilled players on the men’s and women’s professional tennis tours. The inaugural event was due to be held at the Collegiate Center of the new USTA National Campus in Orlando, FL (Lake Nona) on March 19 & 20, 2017.

Top players from the men’s and women’s tours will compete in five different categories including: fastest serve, most accurate forehand/backhand, and fastest man/woman. A two-day FanFest will accompany the Skills Challenge including: contests and games for fans, player autograph sessions, live music, food and beverage vendors, and tennis demonstrations [1]
