The Oval is a commercial use high-rise building in Limassol, Cyprus. It was completed in February 2017[1] and opened in April 2017.[2] With 16 storeys, it is 75 metres (246 ft) tall and the tallest office building in Cyprus.[3][4]

It was designed by Atkins design office in collaboration with the WKK and Armeftis Associates design offices,[5] and was developed and constructed by Cybarco (Lanitis Group).[6][7]
