The Lears is a 2017 American comedy-drama film written and directed by Carl Bessai and starring Bruce Dern and Anthony Michael Hall.[1][2][3] It is a modern adaptation of William Shakespeare's King Lear.[4]

Plot

On a family weekend, the father explodes a bombshell for his children that he will marry his assistant and everything gets complicated.
