The Kylie Collection is a reissue of Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue's debut album Kylie (1988), with five bonus remixes. It was released as a double 12" LP by Mushroom Records in 1988 in Australia and New Zealand. It was also released on VHS, including six music videos.
The album peaked at #129 on the Australian ARIA albums chart.[2]

A CD pressing was never made but test artwork for a CD booklet was made at Mushroom. Due the restrictions of them only being able to release the album on three formats Mushroom decided to release the Double-LP set, a cassette and a long-play video collection and hence the CD format was cancelled.
