The Motherland Party[1] (Hungarian: A Haza Pártja), formerly known as The Homeland Not For Sale Movement Party (Hungarian: A Haza Nem Eladó Mozgalom Párt) is a Hungarian political party, founded by Árpád Kásler in 2013. The party's headquarters is located in Gyula, Békés County.

In 2017, Árpád Kásler sued 24.hu, Index.hu and 444.hu, because the websites called the party "business party". Later Árpád Kásler won the lawsuit against the 444.hu, 24.hu and the Index.hu websites.[2]
