Thaworn Farm Football Club (Thai สโมสรฟุตบอลถาวรฟาร์ม), is a Thai football club based in Nakhon Sawan, Thailand. The club is currently playing in the 2018 Thailand Amateur League Northern Region.

Thaworn Farm Football Club was set up by Thaworn Nirot, former president of Thaworn Farm tour Co., Ltd.

In the past, Thaworn Farm Football Club was a famous team from the northern region before the semi-professional league started. This football club has old name Thaworn Farm Nakhon Sawan are nicknamed Lion Man.

In semi-professional league, Thaworn Farm Football Club had play in Pro league in Nakhon Sawan Lions name. Latterly, Nakhon Sawan Lions divided to Thaworn Farm Football Club and Nakhon Sawan Sports Club and had play in Royal Cup.[1] The team won the 1984 Royal Cup.[2]
