Trương Minh Hà (born Đà Nẵng), known under the stage name of Thanh Hà, is a Vietnamese-German singer.[1]

Her mother is Vietnamese, her father was a German soldier named Bill Williams who died at Chu Lai when she was two years old.[2] She went to school in Đà Nẵng and as a child sung on Đà Nẵng radio. After completing school year 12 she moved to Saigon, and in 1991 emigrated, via a boat people refugee camp in the Philippines,[3] to America under the Vietnamese Amerasian American Homecoming Act.
