Tetrachlorodecaoxide (TCDO) is a chlorite-containing, immunomodulatory, macrophage-activating drug whose chemical formula is Cl4H2O11.[1][2][3][4] The drug WF10 (Macrokine, Immunokine) is an aqueous solution of tetrachlorodecaoxide designed for intravenous injection.[3] Tetrachlorodecaoxide and WF10 were originally developed by Oxo Chemie.[5]

Tetrachlorodecaoxide / WF10 is used in the management of radiation cystitis,[6] is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers,[7] and is used in wound healing, where the mechanism of action is activation of the macrophage system, and increasing the partial pressure of oxygen in the wound.[8]
