Tessolve

Tessolve is a multinational semiconductor engineering solution provider based in Bangalore, India. The company offers engineering expertise in the areas of Semiconductor IC Design, Test & Product Engineering, PCB design, Failure Analysis and Systems design. It was started in the year 2004, and is headquartered in the city of Bangalore. The company seems to have evolved from scratch to a multimillion-dollar company in a span of 10–11 years.[1] In April 2016, Hero Electronix, an electronics arm of Hero MotoCorp invested a major stake in Tessolve Semiconductor. The investment was a phased acquisition of majority stake.[1]

Tessolve Semiconductor was formed in 2004.[2]

Acquisitions

  • In April 2016, Hero Electronix, which marked Hero Group’s foray in the electronics sector, has acquired a strategic stake in Tessolve Semiconductors for an undisclosed sum.[3]
  • In July 2016, Tessolve Semiconductor acquired TES (Embedded Systems) Bangalore.[4]
  • In August 2017,Tessolve Semiconductor has acquired test lab business of Lynxemi Singapore.[2]
  • In August 2017,Tessolve Semiconductor has acquired Malaysia's Spectrum Integrated Technologies Sdn Bhd to grow its engineering business in South-East Asia.[5]
