State Route 166 (SR 166) is a north–south state highway in southern Middle Tennessee, traversing Giles and Maury counties.

Route description

Alabama State Route 127 becomes Tennessee SR 166 at the Alabama state line in southern Giles County. SR 166 intersects SR 273, and then runs concurrently with U.S. Route 64 (US 64, SR 15) on the southern outskirts of Pulaski. SR 166 then turns northward to Maury County, where it intersects SR 243 and US 43 (SR 6) at Mount Pleasant. SR 166 then turns northwest to terminate at US 412 (SR 99) in Hampshire.
