History
- Tellurian was established by Charif Souki (former founder and CEO Cheniere Energy) and Martin Houston (former COO of BG Group plc) in February 2016.[1]
- The company raised $60 million through friends, family and management in April 2016.[2]
- After one year in operation, Tellurian became public (NASDAQ: TELL) after a reverse merger with Magellan Petroleum in February 2017.[3]
