Telford / Te Whare Wanaka o Puerua – a Division of Lincoln University is a public Tertiary Education Institution. Its campus is in Otanomomo, just south of Balclutha, South Otago in the South Island of New Zealand.
In 2010, a merger of the Polytechnic with Lincoln University was proposed.[1]
On 18 November 2010, it was confirmed that a merger between Lincoln University and Telford Rural Polytechnic would go ahead, with the merger taking effect on 1 January 2011.[2] Telford Rural Polytechnic is now officially known as "Telford / Te Whare Wanaka o Puerua – a Division of Lincoln University".
