TeenNick Top 10 is a music video television series originally airing on TeenNick. The series began with a special episode on December 31, 2012[1] and began airing regularly on February 1, 2013.[2]

Most episodes of the series are broadcast exclusively on the TeenNick network; however, some themed episodes (such as the series' "end of year" show) are simulcast on Nickelodeon.[3] Viacom also made plans to air the program on NickMusic, a network that replaced MTV Hits on September 9, 2016, though this was later changed to delayed-week repeats due to changes in Viacom's management of non-prime networks.

Format

The series showcases ten popular music videos chosen by unknown criteria, with viewer input through a limited voting pool of videos, along with artist interviews. At the time of its premiere, it became the final Nickelodeon original series remaining in standard definition until TeenNick's September 2016 launch of a limited HD simulcast (though it had always been produced with HD-exclusive equipment).
