Ted Eshbaugh

Ted Eshbaugh (February 5, 1906 – July 4, 1969) was a Canadian animated filmmaker whose work includes The Snowman, The Wizard of Oz, Goofy Goat Antics, The Sunshine Makers, and Sammy Salvage (1943)[1]
