Tchiressoua Guel (born 27 December 1975 in Sikensi) is a former footballer from Côte d'Ivoire. He last played for Israeli club Ironi Kiryat Shmona.

Guel has played for various clubs in France's Ligue 1 and Ligue 2, including Olympique de Marseille, AS Saint-Étienne and FC Lorient.[2] He also spent a period in the Turkish Süper Lig with Ankaragücü.[3] On 18 October 2008 he claimed he wanted a move to an English side. It is reported that he has attracted attention from London clubs, Millwall FC and Charlton Athletic.

Guel has made several appearances for Côte d'Ivoire, including participating at the 1994, 1996, 1998, 2000 and 2002 African Cup of Nations.

Personal life

Guel's son, Moussa Guel, is a professional footballer with FC Lorient.[4]
