Taym ibn Murrah

Taym ibn Murrah ibn Murrah ibn Ka'b ibn Lu'ayy ibn Ghalib ibn Fihr ibn Malik ibn An-Nadr ibn Kinanah (Arabic: تـيـم ابـن مُـرة ابـن كـعـب ابـن لـؤي ابـن غـالـب ابـن فـهـر ابـن مـالـك ابـن الـنـضـر ابـن كـنـانـة) was an uncle of Qurayshi Chief Qusai ibn Kilab. He was of the Quraysh al-Bitah (Arabic: قـريـش الـبـطـاح, "Quraysh of the Hollow"). The phrase refers to Qurayshis living near the Kaʿbah in Makkah.[1]
