Tarnów [ˈtarnuf] (German: Tornow) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubiszyn, within Gorzów County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south of Lubiszyn and 21 km (13 mi) west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 400.
