Tapestry, Inc. is an American multinational luxury fashion holding company based in New York City. Tapestry, Inc. owns three major brands: Coach New York, Kate Spade New York, and Stuart Weitzman.[5]

History

In October 2017, Coach Inc. announced that it would rebrand and change its name to Tapestry Inc.[6] The change was made on October 31, 2017 and the New York Stock Exchange symbol changed from COH to TPR.[5]
