Being one of the Final Five on NBC‘s Last Comic Standing catapulted Tammy‘s career and won her a slew of new fans, solidifying her as one of the sharpest women in the comedy world.[2]

Pescatelli co-created, executive produced, wrote and starred in a reality television show on WE tv, called A Standup Mother (2011), related to Pescatelli's life as a mother, wife, and comedian.[4]

Pescatelli is a regular guest on The Bob & Tom Show in Indianapolis, and is a fixture on the comedy channels of Sirius XM Radio. On January 22, 2010, she was a guest on Opie and Anthony, an XM Satellite Radio talk show. She also appeared as a guest on Ron and Fez on SiriusXM.

To celebrate the start of the radio show, Pescatelli was invited on to the Howard Stern show along with McCarthy and Koplitz.

She was chosen four years in a row to be included in The New York Post greatest jokes from the past year.[5]

Her film appearances include minor roles in Made in Brooklyn (2007), Single: A Documentary Film (2008), The Shadow People (2002) and Everybody Wants to Be Italian (2007).
