Tama [ˈtama] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rajgród, within Grajewo County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Rajgród, 15 km (9 mi) north-east of Grajewo, and 74 km (46 mi) north-west of the regional capital Białystok.

The village has a population of 100.
