Tall el-Hammam is a archaeological site in Jordan.
History
The site was occupied in the early Bronze Age, Middle Bronze Age, Iron Age but was like most sites in the region, vacant in the Late Bronze Age.
Archaeology
The site is around 36 hectares and was walled. In 1990 K Prag conducted some soundings. [1] Since 2005, the site has been excavated by a joint project of the Trinity Southwest University and the Department of Antiquities of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. [2] [3]
