T. Scott Muschany

T. Scott Muschany (born April 15, 1966) was elected in 2004 to represent the 87th District in the Missouri House of Representatives.

On Tuesday, May 20, 2008, Muschany took his name off of the ballot for reelection to a third term following accusations that he committed sexual assault.[1]

In March 2009, a jury found Muschany innocent of all charges.[2]
