Systel, Inc. is a U.S.-based multinational provider of integrated technology and business services.[1] Headquartered in Alpharetta, Systel development centers are located in India and the United States. Systel is a certified Minority business enterprise (MBE).[2]
Founding
- 1997: The company was founded in Michigan by Madhu Chintalapati in 1997.
- 2001: Expanded to 7 Locations across Richmond, Amsterdam, London, Cape Town, Qatar, Hyderabad and Chennai
- 2001: Started Medical Transcription business
- 2003: Established Systel India for BPO Operations
- 2005: Established capabilities in Infrastructure and Technology Management
- 2008: Expanded capabilities in Enterprise and Custom Applications

- 2016: New Systel office in Hitech city, Hyderabad
Leadership
Jai Gulati joined the company in 2016 as CEO. Jai, a Cornell and Temple University alumnus, joined the board of the company to help in strategic diversification and consolidation of the existing businesses in 2016. Madhu Chintalapati is the Managing Director of the company.
Manish Madan served as the CEO between 2011 and 2016.[3]
