Sydney International Equestrian Centre

The Sydney International Equestrian Centre (SIEC for short) is the facility which was used to host equestrian events during the 2000 Summer Olympics.

The centre is located 45 kilometres from Sydney's business district and the harbour at Saxony Road, Horsley Park.

Construction began in 1997 and was finished in 1999.

Having played on the world stage at the Sydney 2000 Olympics and Paralympics equestrian events, the Sydney International Equestrian Centre remains the location of choice for a wide range of local and international equestrian and sporting events.

Set on 96 hectares of rural parkland in Western Sydney, the Sydney International Equestrian Centre delivers international standard facilities that include:
