History and mission
Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad was established on 21 August 1997. The SPNB is a government-owned company that falls under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance. It is responsible implementing the following programs: the Rumah Mampu Milik program and the Rumah Mesra Rakyat program. These programs help ensure that low-income workers can afford their own homes.[1]
