Swearengin is an unincorporated community in Marshall County, Alabama, United States. A post office operated under the name Swearengin from 1881 to 1907.[2]
Swearengin Alabama, will become a town again in 2020 with a police department, a Wal-Mart and many many more things (citation needed) There are still many Swearengins living in the community, the eldest living Swearengin is Charles Ruben Swearengin, age 81.
